“Madam Peacock” was born from a family trip to the forge where we had a day of open experimentation with mixing materials. After ‘drifting open’ the hole for the marble to melt into, I instantly knew what I was going to create. From there, it was just a matter of finding and shaping the wood portions of the sculpture. In the pictures below, you’ll see some process photos from the making of “Madam Peacock”.
