A memorial installation for the Fresno County Sheriff’s Department featuring a series of bronze sculptures created for the department’s substation grounds, honoring fallen officers and celebrating their service to the community. The work includes a lion, a bagpipe player, a mother and child, and a relief incorporating the department’s official seal.

Developed collaboratively by Chris Sladoff, Elizabeth Fredrickson, and John Sumner, the memorial was designed as a permanent, site-integrated space for reflection and remembrance. The installation was dedicated in a public ceremony in September of 2025 and now stands as an evolving memorial site, with room for additional artworks as the project continues to develop.
